At JAM Industrial Supply, our goal is to make it easy for you to order the industrial supplies you need, at the prices you want—and get them shipped right to your door. Where will you ship to?

We ship to all fifty (50) United States.

However, we will not ship to freight forwarding companies. If the shipping address is a freight forwarding company, the order will be canceled with an email sent explaining this policy.

What shipping carrier is used to ship my package?

We use UPS to ship orders, with shipping options including ground, overnight, 2-day, or 3-day. Please note that hazardous materials (such as many Aervoe products and 3M Adhesives) can only be shipped via ground service. We also offer free shipping via our trucks for local deliveries within 50 miles of our Canton, Ohio branch.

Where can I find my package’s tracking number, and how do I track my package?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. To track your package, you may visit UPS.com.

Do you require a signature or package insurance for deliveries?

Generally, we do not require a signature for shipment of packages. However, we may require them on larger orders at our discretion. JAM Industrial Supply, LLC is not liable for missing packages. However, we will work diligently to locate missing packages.
