The C-weight paper backing offers flexibility and is suitable for sanding applications where edge retention is not the main concern. Sandpaper sheets cut better and last longer when dust isn’t loading the cutting surface of the abrasives. The proprietary multi-hole pattern on 3M Xtract products removes dust at a higher rate than 5- or 6-hole products.
