Prior to UV activation, these films and tapes are stable and tacky at room temperature and can be easily converted into precision die-cut parts. Once activated, bond strength develops at room temperature, achieving immediate green strength and semi-structural bond strength within 24 hours. These properties make them an ideal choice for bonding small components where high temperatures and pressures are a concern.
