3M™ Scotchcast™ Electrical Resin 241 is a 2 part, oven curing, filled, epoxy based, liquid resin. The semi flexible resin has excellent adhesion, terminal shock, impact resistance and stable electrical and physical properties. 3M™ Scotchcast™ Electrical Resin 241 is frequently used for motor encapsulation, transformer potting and insulating other electrical as well as electronic components.
3M™ Scotchcast™ Electrical Resin 241 has built in flexibility, stable electrical as well as physical properties. This filled resin system is specially formulated to use in applications where higher thermal conductivity and greater mechanical strength are required. MIL I 16923E Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
