When applied, this adhesive has a short handling time of 20 seconds, with a full cure in 24 hours; once cured, it creates a strong, durable, and lasting bond, with high overlap shear strength. During use, 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Plastic & Rubber Instant Adhesive PR100’s flexible container allows for two application methods, either pinch for a precise drop, or squeeze for a steady bead.

Understanding Instant Adhesives
Instant adhesives are cyanoacrylate based formulas that are strong, fast-acting glues used in industrial and household applications. In general, they are an acrylic resin that rapidly polymerizes in the presence of moisture, forming long, strong chains, joining the bonded surfaces together.
